11. “Person”—
The word “person” includes any Company or Association or body of persons,whether incorporated or not.
Explanation-
Person: Both natural and artificial persons have been covered under the definition of the word ‘person’. The Indian Penal Code has given an extended meaning to the word by including within it human beings as well as corporations.
