Vakeel Sahab Pro is hiring interns who are enthusiastic and good in extracurricular activity, we are not here to hire the topper of the class as we want the best talent who can show their skills of law, and we are not concerned with your marks.

ABOUT INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Legal Zems is a prestigious legal organization and serves its service in the legal field from one and half years. Legal Zems is calling Interns for its 6th Batch and Providing 4 weeks Online Internship Cum Training Programme where Interns can learn the practical skills which is required for law students and helpful in the future as well when Interns enrolled themselves as an advocate. Legal Zems is providing Internship in 4 subjects namely Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law & Women & Law. An Intern can opt any one of the subject for their Internship Programme.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Week 1:- Article Writing & Research Work on legal topics.

Week 2:- Drafting (Writ Petition, Plaints, Written Statement, PIL, Bail Application, Plaint, Maintenance, Residence Protection e.t.c)

Week 3:- Case Study or Case Commentary.

Week 4:- Research Paper or Seminar Paper Writing.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

  1. We shall Provide Personal mentorship & guidance to the Intern.
  2. With regards to Week 1st & Week 4th activities, we shall provide class on it and shall also provide sample of Article, Research Paper, and Seminar Paper.
  3. With regards to week 2nd and 3rd we shall provide sample of the drafting, case study, case commentary from which Intern may take reference for their activity respectively.
  4. In case of any doubt or query intern shall contact their respective mentor via Email.
  5. On the 2nd last day & last day of the online Internship Programme, Intern shall have to take part in Group Discussion & give one qualifying examination which shall be objective in nature. In qualifying examination Intern shall be awarded with grades which will reflect on their certificate respectively.

IMPORTANT RULES

  1. Certificate shall only be provided when Intern complete their 4 weeks Internship tenure along with Group Discussion & the qualifying examination. Intern is expected to accomplish each and every activity assigned by the mentor.
  2. Registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Intern shall submit their activities on or before deadline.
  4. Every communication between Intern and the mentor shall only be done via email.

 चरण 1. आपको जीएसटी के पोर्टल पर जाना है।  – https://www.gst.gov.in

चरण 2. आब आप ‘Taxpayers’ टैब के नेचे ‘Register Now’ पर क्लिक करे ओर आगे बढ़े। 

चरण 3. आब आप ‘New Registration’ का चुने। 

चरण 4. फॉर्म खुलने के बाद आप अपनी जकरी उसमे भरे,आपने जो फोन नंबर ओर ईमेल पता दिया है उस पर एक OTP आएगा उसे याद रखे इसकी जरूरत अगले चरण मई पड़ेगी.

चरण 5. अगले पेज पर दिए गए वोक्स मई OTP भरे। 

चरण 6. अपनी जानकारी भरकर आगले चरण पर चले जाए । 

चरण 7. जेसे ही आप चरण-7 पर आएंगे तो आपको एक अस्थायी संदर्भ संख्या ‘Temporary Reference Number (TRN)’ दिखेगी आप इसे काही पर लिख कर रख ले आपको इसकी जरूरत पड़ेगी। 

चरण 8. इसके बाद आप फिर से जीएसटी पोर्टल पर जाए ओर ‘Register’ पर क्लिक करके Temporary Reference Number (TRN) को चुने। TRN  नंबर भर कर आगे बढ़ जाए। 

चरण 9. एक बार फिर आपके ईमेल पते परOTP आएगा इससे दिए गए खाली जगह मई भर के आगे बढ़ जाए।

चरण 10.अगले पेज पर आपको अपने पंजीकरण फार्म का विवरण दिखेगा।वह पर एडिट पर क्लिक करके आगे बढ़ जाए। 

चरण 11. अगले चरण मई आपको 10-खंड होंगे, उन्हे पूर्ण रूप से भरने के बाद,तथा सभी दस्तावेज को वह पर  जमा करने बाद नीचे दिए गए जानकारी को भरे ।

About the Seminar
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an alternative to the Formal Legal System. It is an alternative to Litigation. In modern times, the existing judicial system finds it difficult to cope with the ever-increasing burden of civil litigation. Not many in India can afford litigation due to the usual delays in justice and huge expenses. On account of arrears of pending cases and experience, litigations compel to search for alternative means. Amidst the COVID-19 lockdown, the shifting of much national Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) as ADR brings negotiation, mediation and arbitration of disputes onto an online setting. Online court hearings have revealed to us the value of ODR.


Currently, our traditional courts cannot handle the case overload, leading to many people without access to justice. Something must be done. Perhaps ODR may be the way forward. The seminar in pursuance of the nuances of the ADR will lead an individual towards the way forward in the realm of ADR.

About the Lucknow Law Review

Lucknow Law Review (‘Journal’ hereinafter) is a peer-reviewed, academic law journal, promoting intersectional scholarship in the field of law. The Journal is a quarterly publication, established in April 2021. The Journal is an interactive forum for generating awareness for broad and dynamic legal and social issues, with the contribution of by jurists, academicians, industry professionals, scholars, and students having immense informative value. The object behind the Journal is to bring in the close insights of the various contemporary and current issues of law to the readers. This journal provides an opportunity for authors for concentrated study in specific areas of the law and enhances their skills in legal research writings and analysis.

We publish research articles both long and short, case comments, and book reviews.

Submission Guidelines

1. Submission(s) are to be made in electronic form only and manuscript(s) are to be sent to lucknowlawreview[at]gmail.com with the email subject ‘Submission for Journal’. Co-authorship should be limited to three.

2. Author(s) need to submit the manuscript(s) along with an abstract, which shall not be more than 350 words and should contain a minimum of three keywords.

3. Manuscript(s) can be of any theme related to law or has law as the base theme with an intersection with other subjects such as technology, global politics, sciences, public policy, history, management, philosophy, psychology, etc.

4. Manuscript(s) will follow the word limit as given below:

·         Short Article: 2000 – 4000 words

·         Long Article: 4000 – 8000 words

·         Book Review: 1500 – 2000 words

·         Case Comment: 1500 – 2500 words

5. The manuscript(s) must be in English only, in Microsoft Word (MS-Word) format, with the font size 12 in Times New Roman with 1.5 line spacing for the main text and size 10 in Times New Roman with single line spacing for footnotes. The author(s) must adhere to the OSCOLA citation format, which can be found here.

6. The manuscript(s) must be accompanied by a covering email providing the author(s) name and name of the institution. Author(s) shall not include their name in the manuscript(s) in any form.

7. The manuscript(s) should be the original work of the author(s) and should not have been published in any form or manner before, or in consideration for publication. All manuscript(s) will undergo mandatory plagiarism check before Editorial Review.

8. Lucknow Law Review encourages professional writing, and expect author(s) to avoid foul or defamatory language.
